Financial Report

Treasurer produces an annual financial report, from which data is taken the filing to the OFT.

Access

Several people are designated by Committee under Rule 37(3) as operating Payments Facilities on behalf of CAcert Inc:

Accounts are managed on a single-signatory basis (see Rule 37(3)). Access only means a lack executive decision-making power over the acounts, and must follow a decision found in the above sections. Overall governance is backed up by the general Reliability ensured by our Assurance Policy and Principles (c.f., CARS).
