BernhardFröhlich: Just out of curiosity, who will select the new CM? The Arbitrator (DRP states the other way round)? The DRO? Someone from Arbitration mailing list?
Selection of new CM ... Current practice before November 2009: Support-Engineer moves the dispute filing into the Arbitration queue and adds themselves as CM Current practice since November 2009: One of the CM/A's picks up the case from the Disputes queue and enters it into the Arbitration queue and publishes the new case in the Arbitration mailing list. The search for a Case Manager and Arbitrator than starts. Everybody from the Arbitration team can take care about the case as CM and/or A (if nobody objects - that probably will not happen as long we have more open cases than Case Managers / Arbitrators)
