A fellow member considers the addition of one fact crucial to the integrity of this Wiki page. As I am too mentally distracted to rephrase it myself, I thought it a good idea to boil it down to a humble translation of the original wording:
Nik: What does it mean if I am considered a senior experienced assurer?
Magu: Did you assure Dirk? Then you are senior experienced ...
... three weeks later ...
Nik: Did you see my shiny new Wiki page?
Dirk: For an instance, you didn't mention that you assured me ...
As this is an insider joke, please simply ignore it or just, well, laugh 
...

I am on Skype with a mate of mine who just became assurer.
Nik: Got something planned for Wednesday night?
Tobi: Nothing I'd know of. Why?
Nik: Oh well, I just thought we could go out for some cocktails, and you could assure me after the fifth glass or so ...
