How to grow in new countries or less developed areas

You need:

• to get 3 assurer with 150 points (or more with less points, so they can issue 100 points together)

• to read the Handbook and make it available for the others

• to find 23 or more people who want to get assured

• 25 CAPs for each person

• 1 ballpoint-pen for each person
• internet access to ask irc.CAcert.org #cacert if any questions occur

Howto proceed:

• let all assurers assure everyone
• let all new assured people assure everyone
  • they can give points later (when they got their own)
  • they get 2 points for every assurance (therefor you need 26 people or more)
  • they get a lot of practice and can ask experienced assurer when problems occur
• ask everyone to get listed, so others could find him

You get:

• lots of new assurers

Hints:

• If you can do so, provide a special announcement web page with the preparations by the attendees before they go to the party. Here is some information for this.

• let the people create their accounts before the meeting. They can bring their own personalised CAPs then.
• give everyone a number so they can easily see who is missing
