Original Dispute
I hereby file a dispute against the Arbitrator and CM of a20150114.1 because of unfair treatment. Both the Arbitrator and the Case Manager of the case have not picked up a case within months. There are a lot of urgent cases lying around. The case a20150114.1 has no urgency at all. To pick up this case while leaving other cases untreated as the claimant is a person who has quite a standing in the community asks for a quick handling of this case. This is unfair treatment. (The other cases can lead to legal or security issues, if not handled, soon.) Also Arbitration team has discussed how to prioritise cases some time. This did not lead to a lesson in the wiki but there were no objections, the Arbitrator participated in the discussion. Sure, if a case can be handled easily it is ok to give it some time in between. But if Arbitrator who get active only now and again move a case without urgency through all stages so soon, there is a problem. Currently there are at least 9 other cases untreated in the OTRS which should have had priority by handling them. I also objected at the Arbitration mailing list about this. If my objection is handled with due seriousness, I will withdraw this dispute. mit freundlichen Grüßen / best regards Eva Stöwe
