The Principles of the Community defines Training as a principle, so before sue assurers about errors and mistakes, we have to train and advice our assurers. Assurance of (AS2) over (C) did happen before Assurance Policy (AP) rollout starts early 2009. So therefor I further rule, about the avoidable error made by (AS2), that (AS2) should get an advice about DoB errors.
