The Training Course for Case Managers and Arbitrators
Lesson 53 - Advice: CCA Violation (primary email)
Sometimes we have users who didn't respond to Arbitrator or Support requests caused by not working email addresses (receiving NDR's or no response). Doing some investigations, another email address can be found, and the user can be contacted w/o problems.
With the wrong email address in the CAcert online account, the user runs into a CCA violation by:
- CCA 2.5.2 to keep your email account in good working order
- CCA 3.5 Communication - ... You are responsible for keeping your email account in good working order and able to receive emails from CAcert. Arbitration is generally conducted by email.
In the cases in which the user contact can be established either way and the problem gets fixed, the Arbitrator can rule, that the user should get an advice about CCA violations
The execution mailing can be:
English version of text: Advice CCA violation (primary email)
German version of text: Belehrung: CCA-Verstoss (Primary Email)
Questions
