If an account is to be killed ...
- A snapshot of the account information shall be taken and printed on paper for above cases 2 and 4, alternate to pdf, sending to arbitrator
- a new password is set (and later forgotten)
- the secret answers are filled with junk
- Givenname, Middlename, Lastname and Suffix are filled with the arbitration number
(WD) alternative Middlename and Suffix empty
(U60) i say no, as Givenname and Lastname only is no option, all fields needs to overwrite
- DoB is set to 1900-01-01 or 1970-01-01
- all flags are reset
- the account is hijacked
- all certificates revoked
- all email addresses deleted (except the primary email address)
- all domains deleted
the account name is changed by adding a new email address arbitration_<arb#>@cacert.org, e.g. arbitration_a20091210.1@cacaert.org and deleting the original email address.
- At last the account is blocked.
