- Free Speech for all channels Non-Board-Meeting, Non-AGM or Non-SGM - not right experession
- For Board-Meeting - Channel #board-meeting - is managed in order to follow business agenda. CAcert.org Community Members are invited to attend and ask questions at end of Meeting
- For AGM and SGM - Channels #AGM, #SGM and #vote - are managed
