= IRC Improvements =

The current IRC Server which is reachable under ''irc.cacert.org'' needs some improvements.

First of all the SSL Ports '''6697''' an '''9999''' should be added because they are more common ports.
In addition some network services should be added (Nickserv/Chanserv/Hostserv...).
