Despite of my Scandinavian first name and my Huguenotic/French last name, I am a Dutchman living in Holland, with an education in Program Development (1965, IBM Poughkeepsie).
During the years I have been developing systems and advised companies and organizations all over the World. Since the last 35 years I have been involved in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Because of my EDP/Legal background I also have been involved in the aspects of the new European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
