As far as I can see, this is an "administrative arbitration" in that a dispute was filed by Michael to remove the accidental inclusion of personal information in a post on the CAcert Support Mailing list and that Marcus removed those posts and responses as an "emergency action" on the same day.
The only issue I see is that we cannot remove the mails that would have gone out to subscribers to the mailing list, or that may have been picked up by the list mirrors
Ruling
- I confirm Marcus' action in removing the posts and formally confirm that the offending posts have been removed from the mailing list and list archives at cacert.org. Michael will need to check any mirror sites (gmane.org) and, if necessary, request removal from such via their procedures since the mirror sites are not under CAcert's control.
