 * 2010-02-28 (CM): After 4 months of inactivity and no response from (A), I request the emails from (C) she rcvd from (A) to recover the Intermediate ruling or Ruling steps for this case, to get this case closed. The result to the query was probably handed out in Oct 2009. Also the info from the system engineer rcvd me, that he had handed out the results list to (A). No further infos until now.

The request by the claiment has been fulfilled by the former arbitrator.
